Rakib Hossain Evan was born in Barishal but spent his formative years growing up in Savar. From a young age, he developed a deep passion for theater, which started during his school days. This passion led him to join the theater group Drishtipat while he was still a student. His big break as a lead actor came with the film Megher Kopat, marking his debut in cinema. Following this, he went on to work in other notable films such as Eti Chitra and Ekti Na Bola Kotha.
